This privacy policy applies to the CompareIt Now app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by 20 MILES LIMITED (collectively, the “Application”). 20 MILES LIMITED is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
05 / Opt-out
Your opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting zayn.mahmood.aae@gmail.com.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person under the relevant age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where permitted by law.

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Any information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the Application is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate interests. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or securely anonymised where appropriate.

Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by contacting zayn.mahmood.aae@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal obligations and any information that must be retained by law. Uninstalling the Application removes its locally stored application data from your device, subject to your device platform’s storage behaviour and backups.
11 / Changes
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be sought before they take effect. Previous versions may be requested from zayn.mahmood.aae@gmail.com.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
